We've developed a product. Now how do we market it?
It's a little late to be thinking about how you are going to sell a product once it's developed. The focus of any successful marketing strategy will be on making sure that your product and services meet your customers' needs better than your competitors.
So you need to begin, not with a finished product, but with an understanding of your customers and their needs. Your local Enterprise Hub can help you with understanding your market(s), but the most important piece of advice is to listen, and keep listening. Your markets will tell you what they want – then it’s up to you to work out how to give it to them at a profit.
